Leadership has always been about people.

Yes, technology changes. Work changes. AI is changing almost everything we do. But people still need to trust each other, communicate well, solve problems together and make good decisions. That’s the part of leadership I’m most interested in.

For more than 40 years I’ve worked with leaders from a wide range of organisations, helping them build the practical skills that make work better—for themselves, their teams and the people they serve.

I’m endlessly curious about why people think and behave the way they do. That curiosity has led me to explore ideas from psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, behavioural science, philosophy, leadership and even evolutionary biology. I love connecting those ideas and turning them into practical tools that people can actually use at work.

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about asking better questions, understanding people more deeply and creating the kind of environment where everyone can contribute their best thinking.

That’s becoming even more important as AI becomes part of everyday work. Technology can provide information in seconds, but it can’t replace human judgement, empathy, curiosity or meaningful conversations.
